Does openSuSE include a patch to KDE to build it?

There are about 200 patches. Do you know any distro that provides KDE without any patches?

I've never looked at the source files for any distro other than Ark Linux, so I wouldn't know.

But surely there's a utility that can search through the contents of the patches and pull out possible patches to look at?
