OK,
I've decided to repackage tdesdk and remove the conflicting files. We will
drop a note about the requirement to install tdesvn for the svn kio capability.
The tdesvn package provides the same capabilities so we should be fine. I'll
just list tdesvn as a dependency of tdesdk.
