sip4-tqt conflicts with the existing sip files, but
is
needed to build the
TDE python bindings. Does that make sense?
If you mean build sip4-tqt and install in addition to the distro's sip package, yes.
If you mean replace the existing sip package then maybe no. The current version of sip
installed with Slackware supports qt4 but not qt3. I suspect most distros are that way
now.
I presume that installing sip4-tqt alongside the existing sip will overwrite some of the
existing sip files?
