I knew that all along. ;-) What has thrown me off of that project for a
while was the way they wanted it done. Whereas I created a new TDE
integration module from the KDE3 sources, they want some kind of hacked-up
"frankenmodule" that supports both KDE3 and TDE.
For now I have the patch for the new TDE module (applies against LO GIT)
in the TDE GIT tree. I am not exactly sure how to proceed, as I am still
convinced maintaining the combined module could be a real nuisance for all
parties involved.
Did they give any reason for continued support for KDE3? I doubt even the distros that
continue support for KDE3 would keep it once they find out about TDE, since KDE3 will
likely never receive any more updates.
