714 cannot be the issue. Arch uses mandb:
14:00 providence:~/tde/pkg> which mandb /usr/bin/mandb
The issue is something that has changed or been introduced since 6/24/12, my last build of tdebase. I have kicked off another full build with this mornings sources and will see what happens. I built tdebase with debug so hopefully it will give more details about any failure.
