Autobuild system upgrades

I just wanted to let you know that I have overhauled the aging autobuild system. The new system is much faster; provided there are no other commits pending in the autobuild queue, new builds will be scheduled within 15 - 30 minutes of any commit to the TDE source tree. Most builds will be scheduled within 15 minutes of a commit; larger modules such as tde-i18n will be on the higher end of the specified range.
