Hi Mike, R14.0.5 bug list has been frozen and there are currently 8 bugs remaining to be closed. Slavek and I have been discussing about it and we think there may be a release sometime in summer, once those bugs are fixed.
After that we plan to work on preparing a roadmap for R14.1.0, i.e. identifying the bugs to fix and a possible timeframe for release. It is about time anyway :-)
Cheers Michele
That helps a lot. Thank you devs all.

Thank you for the feedback Mike!
My big concern is keeping both systemd and plasma out of my computer and I consider it a challenge seeing how trinity is probably being developed on computers with systemd installed and particularly as ubuntu has systemd locked-in. I'm willing to test development of trinity if it's motivated by no-systemd and no-kde5-framework, as kde3 was built is the best. Am I wrong in feeling most trinity users feel the same way?
Cheers,
