I used the configuration options for the Ubuntu builds, which were:
--prefix=/opt/kde3
--includedir=/opt/kde3/include/kde
--mandir=/opt/kde3/share/man
--infodir=/opt/kde3/share/info
--with-extra-libs=/opt/kde3/lib
--sysconfdir=/etc
--localstatedir=/var
--libexecdir="\${prefix}/lib/kdebase-kde3"
--disable-rpath
--with-xinerama
--enable-closure (when needed, which is most of the time)
You can
provide a flat list too? It will be easier to check with
"diff".
You can generate it with "find ."
