Okay, we seem to have flip-flopped. :( Today I build
most of the main
suite packages with TQt3, and reported those exceptions, but now I can't
build tdelibs with Qt3. This is the opposite of a few days ago.
tqtinterface problem; fixed in f1a0d08.
