that's why I wrote "systemsettings". Obviously KWin is a Qt
4 application and
needs to have a configured Qt4 style and not a Qt3 style.

additional note:
clipboard doesn't work anymore with kwin, which is a show-stopper, IMHO.
probably unrelated, KWin does not have anything to do with the clipboard,
that's a functionality provided by the XServer.
