I would say that the work on the R14 successfully moving forward. On Etherpad are listed only a few opened bug reports. I chalked little notes. Please take a look at it. .... .... -- Slavek

If my understanding is correct, in 14.0.0 and in the planned monthly maintenance releases (14.0.x) there should not be any new feature or API/ABI change allowed. So isn't it time to create a branch for 14.0.0? At least new features could be added to the main trunk (future 14.1.0). Just my 2 cents.
