How to solve it? Fix in common/admin module would cause the update completely all other modules. This does not seem appropriate for this moment. Solve it stand alone in Tellico?

Updating Tellico for R14.0.0 is a priority? Perhaps wait until R14.0.1/R14.1.0?
By the way, I'm in the middle of pushing a bunch of unintended TQ renaming patches. I recall tellico being affected.
