When I fill out email address and text field on a crash report http://fm.no-ip.com/SS/KDE/tdeCrasher.jpg where does the info go? I don't see any new bugs on http://bugs.pearsoncomputing.net/

You can then reference a particular report (or reports) in a manually created bug on Bugzilla.
