Our 3.5.13.1 release preparations look to be nearly complete at this point, and I am about ready to publish the SRU packages publicly.
Before I do this, can everyone please run through the release notes and press release, looking for any factual errors, grammatical issues, or missing information?

I also would like to extend my sincere thanks to Slavek Banko, who has worked tirelessly to backport changes from the GIT tree and resolve bugs in both the 3.5.13 release and in GIT HEAD. Without his assistance this SRU would not have been possible.
