Also, what you should do is not try to do anything with GIT iteself, but
simply create a patch file (i.e. tqt3-lib-location.diff) which reverses
the changes in the GIT commit, and apply it as part of your build process.

I got it -- I wall just have to patch the mkspec for linux-g++-64 when I build
TQt3. Simple patch -- just took a while to find the issue.
I have tqca-tls building now after editing the mkspec.
