It does matter, people just don't know/understand that globalization was done for big companies and not for individuals. It does matter also for the companies of course, but the big ones can afford paying all the legal taxes.
The other thing is, you never give the money to one person. IMO it must be at least 3 of them ... well two is also OK, but they can hardly make decisions when they are having different opinions.
