I have tried several things, the latest being:
No Joy, same error :(
The darn file is there.... Why can't make find it??
I won't pretend to be an expert on these errors.
For now, if you are just trying to get through the mill, perhaps try -DWITH_PDF=OFF to see
whether you get through that particular error.
