I have added your patch to Qt3 and changed the version. Lets now wait till it rebuilds. If it builds well, it will be automatically included with updates into all OpenSUSE releases which have Qt3 (11.1-11.4). So your Trinity apps will become compatible with OpenSUSE without customarily built Qt3.
