Attached is the working (for me) mock of a
focused kmenu. It still
needs polishing. I'm sure it still missing things or can be focused
further. I would really like input on how to improve the structure as
well as any errors I may have made.

Hope truly hope it helps. I would be nice to see years of work put to
good use. Its based on my observations of people menu search behavior.
What they intuitively look for.
