I believe there must be something wrong with the packages.

The problem is caused because building for i386 and amd64 on the build-farm
runs independently, while 'all' packages are built only in the i386.
Therefore, apt source is sometimes inconsistent.
Now you have two options:
1) Wait until all builds will be completed and apt source will be again
consistent.
2) Switch to alternative apt source 'preliminary-stable-builds', which is
maintained so as to be consistent.
