Probably because I still have not figured out how to use the docbook stuff, nor do I have plans to do so. :-)
just a note for anyone interested in working on docbook stuff: quanta+ is great for that, there is also a tutorial: http://web.archive.org/web/20071217070232/http://quanta.kdewebdev.org/tutori... (now in web archive as kdewebdev.org seems no longer to exist)
