If we had a how-to with the TQt3 conversion, then add my quality control check list to that information, we could invite anybody to add desirable apps and start the grunt work. But the additions would remain in the respective bug report as a patch until the main team is ready for that next step.
François has a lot of experience and many applications have already been successfully prepared. Indeed, his experience showed in the preparation KXMLEditor. I believe that it is currently François best candidate for the preparation of new applications.
