New icon theme proposal for TDE: Masalla 0.8 is now GPL 3 compatible!

y browsing kde-look.org, I saw that the new version of Masalla icon theme 0.8 is now GPL 3 compatible. It means that it could now be used in TDE. In fact, TDE really needs it! [😊] I did nothing about it. I didn't even asked the author; it just happened!
