does not depend on
libkephal, does not depend on libkworkspace4 and that should also remove
the dependency to libnepomuk4 (though that could be a dependency of
kdebase-runtime)

click gives ugly kde4 config dialog :)
of course you could just switch to the plastique style which is the same
as
the KDE 3 style :-)
additional note:
clipboard doesn't work anymore with kwin, which is a show-stopper, IMHO.
probably unrelated, KWin does not have anything to do with the clipboard,
that's a functionality provided by the XServer.
