In the case that you have set in kdmrc UseSAK=false, it's okay to kdesktop can
not communicate with SAK - just not running.

See my other post on this. The code is actually looking for kdmtsak and it is
still failing. So I don't know what the problem is here. It also fails in R14,
so this error is appearing in both when UseSAK=true (default now)
