5Gb might take a couple of days to upload to all the mirrors. Prepare someone "Release notes" for
3.5.13.1? Or will
the modified release notes for 3.5.13?
This is important; we should not announce officially until this is done.
Copying the 3.5.13 release notes and modifying the copy would be a good
idea.
