I agree, but I think having a mascot that is still used by KDE to this day (albeit in a
horrendous form) can be confusing. Originally, I thought old Konqi separated us enough
considering the drastic difference between 3 Konqi and Plasma Konqi. But the name implies
we're no different.
To be honest, I think modifying Konqi in this form to fit Trinity branding would work but
I don't know the licensing status of old Konqi. Alternatively, as I hope to do for
this contest, is to make a character that fits a lot of the early 3D artwork for KDE/TDE
that can fill Konqi's shoes.
