in general i have a lot of bandwidth and data if someone just needs a place to drop something, i can supply with them a user and password to temporarily give them access
I'm unexpectedly swamped with getting everything in order for the R14 RC1 (bugs, websites, etc.), so this would be a good interim solution as the rsync access project has been pushed to the back burner for now.
