How are you still on 0.10??? 0.19.2-1 is current :)
For some reason Gentoo maintainers decided to keep fribidi 0.10 on stable
branch (I think because newer versions broke backward compatibility). On
unstable branch is fribidi-0.19.2-1, of course.
