Which package is cmake looking for? "libr" is vague.
I get that message when I enable -DWITH_ELFICON=ON.
Lithium Bromide? Let me get out my science kit :P
I would check the cmake configurechecks file and see what it is checking when it returns that error. my guess is you'll find what it's looking for there.
I already looked. All I saw was "libr."
