Looks like it fixes saving ODT (Oasis format) files.
Committed in SVN revision 1179320; you may want to do a rebuild test to ensure that no new headers are required.
koffice svn 1179489 builds.

Have you tried the Wiki recently? The access controls should be fixed (it helps to read the manual... ;-))
