Looks broken in TDE. Works in my KDE3 install.
That is, in KDE3 hovering the mouse pointer over the
web site icon in the tab changes the icon to a close button. In TDE, the button remains fixed one way or the other and does not change when hovering.

Does someone know where in the code this function is controlled? I can compare the TDE code to KDE3 to try to detect what changed.
