were ready to drop koffice. There is a reason that the decision was made
during a meeting, so that people such as yourself could come and express
your views or bring to light things that we may have overlooked. As you
know, the codebase is large, and it is easy to overlook something that is
important to another individual.

I do not mean to promote one repository over
another, but I would
appreciate it if the two main KDE3 / KDE3 fork repositories could
coexist
without sniping at one another with comments about how much better one
is,
or how disappointing it is that a decision was made, especially when
such
decisions are made with the intent of increasing the value and stability
of this style of desktop environment.
Sorry I thought I had the right to express disappointment with deprcation
of KOffice.
