with hiding of partials, to provide a consistent view for our downstreams
and users.
Sadly there was no heads up to mirror operators so the roll out of this
release is proceeding slowly in daily update mode, further limited not
by our gigabit bandwidth but the 2Mbps available from the TDE server.
