I can't build tdebindings against
TQt3. Because now we can only build tdebindings against TQt3,
I assume you mean we can now ONLY build tdebindings against qt3?

tdebindings against TQt3. So that is what I'm trying to do. I want to know whether I
need to build anything else as a dependency other than the core packages. If I do then
that would explain some of my tdebindings build problems.
