Now it seems to say all builds for my platform are finished, but I
suppose there is still a delay in getting all the packages online.
(I just fully updated and the problems I described are still there.)

things were working correctly with the nightlies as updated
till yesterday.
The previous issues I reported are still there.

Don't worry about it. There was a large update to almost all TDE packages
for XDG compliance, and the build farm is still chewing through the
thousands of packages required to completely rebuild TDE as a result.
