Reversing commit 84f70969 2012-11-26 and rebuilding tqt3 allows me to build tdebindings and libtqt-perl.

The issue has been fixed in GIT, but the fix does not yet appear on the Patches web page. I did not need to revert the mentioned commit, but I did need to alter it slightly to make Smoke happy.

All rebuilt and installed. So far, so good.
