Hi,
I have a bug to report concerning the Control Center, but I can't figure out
which Gitea repository it should go in. Help?

I don't know about openSUSE but in Debian I can do
"apt-cache show kcontrol-trinity" and the result
mentions "Source: tdebase-trinity" while the description
mentions that it is "a component of the TDE base module"
so I would try tdebase.

In the Control Center you can use Help / Report bug. The Bug Report Wizard
should pass the corresponding information and open Issue to the relevant
GIT repository.
