With the version I installed, selecting File/Open or the Open button on the toolbar did nothing. No response. I had to revert to using the useless built-in dialog boxes to get anything.

In openSUSE works well when installed from LibreOffice:Stable repository. Support for KDE3 dialogs is in libreoffice-kde package.

hey are u verify are kde"3" dialogs?, LibreOfice stable u mean 3.3.1 or 3.3.2? currently are 3.3.1 stable brand!
