I don't see anything like it existing on bugs.pearsoncomputing.net. Does this need to have a bug filed? http://fm.no-ip.com/SS/KDE/tdeFFgtk3colorsInverted201610-108.jpg

Hi Felix, what version of firefox are you using? On my TDE Stretch, since I installed FF 43 (of 47, I don't remember when it started exactly, but about 6 months ago) FF does not display the scrollbar draggable rectangle and also some other elements are hidden (like a checkbox square).
I don't think this is anything to do with TDE, most likely it is about FF and GTK3 since FF switched to GTK3 backend or whatever they did anyway.... :-(
By the way, does any one know how this could be fixed? Cheers Michele

Exactly what version information do you wish that that image and/or $SUBJECT lacks?

I'm sure it must be. The Gnome devs seem to be trying to make GTK3 (& 4 very soon) apps as close to incompatible with other DEs as possible. e.g.: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1269274 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1269145
By the way, does any one know how this could be fixed?

I think there was a discussion on the debian users list regarding this. I tried FF47, but I reverted back to 42 because 47 was causing the flash player to slow down rendering it to unusable. This might turn into a big issue in the future, but does it has to do with TDE?
regards

Thanks for the feedback Emanoil. I don't think it is TDE related, but not having any other DE installed on my system does not let me make a direct comparison ;-) Cheers Michele

Is it built according to $SUBJECT? Mozilla.org's Firefox ESR (45.4) is built with GTK2.

Ooops, you got me. It's linked to GTK 2.0 ... sorry!
