The kMail Handbook describes the following tabs in the Composer page of the Configure dialog: General Phrases Subject Charset Headers Attachments

however, when I open this page, I see General Templates Custom Templates Subject Charset Headers Attachment

so there is description of a tab that doesn't exist, but no descriptions for two that do exist. I'm trying to figure out what the rules are for customizing templates; the handbook is not helpful.
