Some of you might find this interesting...attached is a screenshot of TDE running on actual (physical) ARM hardware!
To accomplish this I used Debian Squeeze with TDE running on a Raspberry Pi over tightvnc. I did need to disable artsd due to some kind of ALSA bug on this hardware, but this was a minor inconvenience.
Next steps include testing Debian Wheezy and trying to get the built-in graphics hardware running with Xorg.

After the upgrade to Debian Wheezy (and the 1GHz Turbo-enabled firmware) everything pretty much works out of the box, including graphics out to the composite connector. Konqueror is a little sluggish but otherwise the system is quite usable with almost no swapping to disk.
