Next time somebody is in the code near the default settings for Login Manager, have a look at the font size and Greeting line.
The current fonts are 22 pt for the Greeting, 10 pt for Failures, and 10 pt for General. I would propose 14, 10, 8.
The current greeting welcomes you to Ubuntu. I would propose Trinity?
I'll update the default proposals on the wiki as well

I think the Ubuntu is distro specific.
The visually impaired need to be taken into consideration.
Xu,
yes it is distro specific, which is why he's suggesting Trinity instead.
POWNED!

It was just a joke. Xu knows that. There were no high emotional levels here.
Kate
OK. I've had some complaints (unrelated to this particular conversation) before, so I was just issuing a general reminder.

Just for what it is worth, I'm not a developer, but I watch these emails with enormous interest and I congratulate all those who are working on this project for their generous gift of time and effort. It's magnificent. I wish I had kept stats on the numbers of emails that were project related since last November because I am certain the activity is rising dramatically. I almost always keep my sticky fingers out of this project because at this stage I have nothing to give. Perhaps when documentation is being built I may be of use.
Personally, I found the light hearted comments (and they are exceptionally infrequent) prove you all to be human beings capable of laughter.....Wouldn't want to see much of it, but it's a delight for an outsider to see when it happens.
Well done "The Trinity Team" as far as I am concerned.

On Topic,
Any distro specific branding should be removed, replaced by some trinity artwork. I believe we are going to make some attempt to revamp all artwork (we have talked a bit on the IRC of this) so fixing this will also be along with that. did you file a bug report?

+1. This is correct; all mention of Ubuntu has "snuck" into SVN during large updates and must be removed before 3.5.13 is released. A list of all locations where Ubuntu is mentioned, or Ubuntu logos are used would be most helpful.

I know I saw a few places, can't get them right now though due to my hard disk, not sure when I'll be able to check either. I'm pretty sure I saw one on a desktop icon in Debian, and I think there was one in one of the pages in Konqueror (linked from the intro screen). Can't remember exactly where.
