To whom it may concern...
On a new machine with openSuSE Leap 15.3 i did (as root and according to https://wiki.trinitydesktop.org/OpenSUSE_Trinity_Repository_Installation_Ins...)
rpm --import http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/rpm/opensuse15.3/RPM-GPG-KEY-tr... zypper ar http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/rpm/opensuse15.3/trinity-r14/RP... trinity zypper ar http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/rpm/opensuse15.3/trinity-r14/RP... trinity-noarch
without a problem. But the next command
zypper refresh
produced this:
Retrieving repository 'trinity' metadata ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------[] Signature verification failed for file 'repomd.xml' from repository 'trinity'.
Note: Signing data enables the recipient to verify that no modifications occurred after the data were signed. Accepting data with no, wrong or unknown signature can lead to a corrupted system and in extreme cases even to a system compromise.
Note: File 'repomd.xml' is the repositories master index file. It ensures the integrity of the whole repo.
Warning: This file was modified after it has been signed. This may have been a malicious change, so it might not be trustworthy anymore! You should not continue unless you know it's safe.

Hi Slávek,
FWIW I just did a quick check and the master, primary, and all secondary mirrors currently have the same md5sum for
http://mirror.ppa.trinitydesktop.org/trinity/rpm/opensuse15.3/trinity-r14/RP...
by both rsync and http.

P.S. Peter this does not yet answer your question or solve your problem but it's a small step along the way.

Everything related to RPM packages is entirely directed by François - including signatures. There may happen that during updates, François forgot to update signatures. We have to wait for François to check and solve it.
Thank you for your alert.
Cheers

Hello,
I've updated the repository metadata, you can wait for the mirror to synchronize and try again.
