Yes I can.

Pages using older version of flash (9.x and earlier), can be viewed with the pre 10 versions of flash, but after that, they don't work. Go to Dell.com and try to download any driver. They use flash 10x.

Aye, good point, I can't seem to get Konqueror to recognize flash 10 to begin with. We either need to make another player (like gnash) better, or fix Konqueror to recognize the changes in flash 10.

I have Flash 10.2 and it works with Konqueror, so it seems to be a Trinity problem.

Doesn't hurt to merge the patch in SVN.
Its not just a TDE problems since this is Ark on KDE 3.5.10

What distro are you using and are any other plugins like gnash and gplflash installed? Perhaps they made a fix?

That's what the patch is for, Kate ;)

I am sorry, it seems I gave incorrect link to the patch. The correct one is https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file?file=nsplugin-init-gtk.diff

Yes, it's not just TDE. The Flash 10 in Konqueror problem has been around since before TDE existed -- actually since Flash 10 first appeared. Flash 9 seems to work okay, but it crashes sometimes in Konqueror.
If the patch fixes the Flash 10, that's great. But if Flash 10 videos are working without the patch, then I agree with Kate in asking if any other non-Adobe/Macromedia plugins are installed that were fixed to recognize Flash 10 videos.

I'm going to add it to my build and see if it works on compiling - if so, I'll ask Tim to commit to SVN.

Sorry for the long wait! Committed to SVN 1224648. This closes bug #351.
