The translation in kbabel looks like it is complete, but when running r14 on my test machine, I get sometimes an english text inside a german dialog. I was not able to figure out how to find that specific text entries in the po files.
Example: start kcontrol. line 2 of the right window half just below the TDE logo contains an english sentence 'Welcome to Trinity Control Center" ...'

Oh, I have to be a bit more specific: 'Welcome to Trinity Control Center" ...' is in the po-file [...]/main/tde-i18n/tde-i18n-de/messages/tdebase/kcontrol.po - and there is a translation for it, but the text displayed is still english. It is the same as on 3.5.15.2.
