I am trying to create build environments. With some packages I am receiving the following fatal error:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpng
I can build the packages in another almost identical system. With respect to this error, the libpng packages are the same. I don't know what I should look for or what might be missing.

I forgot to add: 14.0.12 and looks like the failures all are automake packages.
