For PowerPC platform are packages available for Debian Wheezy - use alternative apt source 'preliminary-stable-builds':
deb http://mirror.xcer.cz/trinity-sb wheezy deps-r14 main-r14
Thanks. Can i use this on Ubuntu 14.04 ?

I'm afraid that Debian Wheezy and Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty) are too different. So Wheezy packages may not be used for Trusty. So far I have not thought about adding more platforms for Ubuntu distributions. However, if there will be interest, I might think about it - but probably only for the LTS versions.
Anyway, I was planning to add support for Debian Jessie, but "something has changed" and some binaries simply do not work with qemu-ppc-static. So in the current state I can not support Jessie on PowerPC. I do not know if the same is not the case with Ubuntu 14.04.
For the moment, i can only have Ubuntu 14.04 from OVH.
May be i could help you to make it works on Trusty ?

I tried to prepare the base builder image for Ubuntu 14.04 PPC from ports.ubuntu.com and working properly. This means that there is the possibility to build packages on my builder.
So now, only I should decide that I want to do this ;)
It will be great :)
Maybe could you say me how to do this ?

I built for a platform named in debian/ubuntu powerpc, which corresponds to powerpc32.
Hi Slavek,
Could you compile for powerpc64le ? I can give you an access to a power8 ibm for compile.
Thanks for your reply.
Sincerely,

I tested, but unfortunately ppc64el with qemu does not work sufficiently, so it can not be used to build packages. Providing access to the physical machine on this platform is therefore the only way.
If you are able to provide permanent access to such a machine, we can continue through private mail to arrange the details.
