Hi, I actually tried to upgrade old stretch, but couldn't Then I tried to install from scratch, but also couldn't.
What is wrong - it worked all the time before :)
Any ideas?

It turned out that for compiling on the test system I have added deb-multimedia it provides libmng2
# dpkg -l | grep mng2 ii libmng2:amd64 1:2.0.3-dmo1 amd64 Multiple-image Network Graphics library
this goes automatically into the dependencies of the package and can not be satisfied on freshly installed Buster
... soo simple :/
thanks for reading
