We're awaiting an update from the hosting provider.

Sadly the return to online status was only temporary.
There is a failed memory module affecting hundreds of terabytes of storage including the TDE primary mirror.
Given the amount of storage affected and the likelihood of RAID corruption if services resume with flakey memory we must wait for the provider to replace the memory module.
No ETR as yet.
